Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes! We have installed Starlink Internet for optimum Wi-Fi experience. It is available at our Inn, Restaurant, and RV Park.
Which popular attractions are close to the inn?
Visitors to the area can enjoy Cavern Tours, Cave Spelunking, Colorado Raft Trips, Havasupai Falls and much more.
Which room amenities are available?
Besides free Wi-Fi, all rooms are ground level with a full bath, shower, TV, heat, air conditioning and coffee maker.
Are the rooms smoking or non-smoking?
We have non-smoking rooms.
What restaurants are close to the inn?
We offer an onsite dining option at The Cavern Grill. Hours are seasonal, please call (928) 422-3223 to confirm restaurant hours.
Where do I park?
Guests at the Inn have ample parking in front of their rooms. We also offer affordable daily parking and overnight rates for guests who wish to carpool to nearby attractions such as Supai Falls. Parking for the Restaurant or Cavern Tours can be found up near the RV Park.
What documents are required to check-in?
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
Does the inn allow pets?
Yes, pet friendly rooms are available upon request.
Do you provide housekeeping services?
Yes, we provide daily housekeeping.
Caverns Inn Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible should you need to cancel your booking with us. Our commitment is to transparency and ensuring you have all the information you need.
Cancellations requested seven (7) days prior to the scheduled check-in date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellation requests received more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date, will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours of the scheduled check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellation requests made the day before the scheduled check-in date, will incur a 75% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled check-in, or in the event of a no-show, are non-refundable.
Cavern Tour Cancellation Policy
Cancelled tours are not eligible for a refund. We are happy to reschedule your tour for another day, should something come up!
