The General Manager is responsible for administering and managing all resort operations, promoting fiscally responsible practices, enhancing quality standards and guest engagement, and successfully leading employees. This is a full-time, on-site, year-round position. Night and weekend work will be necessary especially during the tourist season. Salary will be determined based on experience. Under the direct supervision of the General Manager, supervises the motel front desk employees who handle lodging reservations, check-ins, and payments. Ensures the front desk team provides outstanding customer service and operations run efficiently and accurately. Handles complaints, issues, disturbances, and special requests. Answers all questions concerning the Caverns and is able to give information to guests regarding the Havasupai Tribe. Ensures daily reports are correctly completed and submitted in a timely manner.

Under the supervision of the maintenance manager is responsible for all facility maintenance of the Grand Canyon Caverns. Prepares and coordinates with the manager for the purchases of materials, equipment, and labor requirements for needed repairs and maintenance work. Follows safety rules and regulations.
