Grand Canyon Caverns & Inn Cancellation Policy
We advise our potential guests to read through this section carefully to avoid misunderstandings down the road. We go the extra mile to help when we can, and our cancellation policies are as follows:
SAME DAY CANCELLATION FEE is subject to 100% non-refundable. Please plan accordingly.
We will refund the full reservation amount minus a 10% cancellation fee for all cancellation requests made a week before the check-in date.
We will refund the reservation amount minus a 20% cancellation fee for all requests made within one week and 72 hours before the check-in date.
We will deduct a 50% cancellation fee for all cancellation requests made within 72 hours before the check-in date.
A 75% fee will be charged for all cancellation requests made one day (24 hours) before the check-in date.
