CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Cancellation requests made more then one week out prior to the check in date, will be refunded the full amount of the reservation – less a 10% cancellation fee.  

 Cancellation requests made within one week and up to 72 hours prior to the check in date, will be refunded the full amount of the reservation – less a 20% cancellation fee.  

 Cancellation requests made within 72 hours prior to the check in date,  will be refunded the full amount of the reservation – less a 50% cancellation fee.  

 Cancellation requests made 24 hours prior to the check in date,  will be refunded the full amount of the reservation – less a 75% cancellation fee.
