Cancelation Policy – Motel, Cabins, RV Campground & Caverns Suite

Free cancellation up to 48 hours after booking is confirmed as long as the
Check-in date is 30 days out from the time of cancellation.
ALL other cancelations are subject to Cancelation Fee. Guests can cancel at least 30 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate. 

Guests wanting to reschedule their stay within 5 days of booking date can do so with 10% penalty.

Cancelation Policy Tours

Guests can cancel at least 72 hours before arrival and get a 100% refund, after 72 hours no refunds will be issued.
